About the Role We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Team Lead / Microsoft Stack Architect to lead a small engineering team while remaining actively involved in hands-on development, architecture, and application modernization. Key Responsibilities • Lead a small engineering team of approximately 4 developers • Remain actively involved in hands-on development, architecture, and application modernization • Drive architecture, cloud modernization, and engineering best practices • Perform code reviews, production troubleshooting, and team mentoring • Work with mission-critical applications and regulated environments Requirements • 12+ years of overall software engineering experience • 5+ years of technical leadership / engineering management • Strong hands-on expertise in C# / .NET / .NET Core • Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native architecture • Proficiency with ASP.NET and modern web development frameworks • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and API-first architecture • Experience with SQL and relational databases • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and deployment automation • Understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and application modernization • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot is a plus
