About the Role We are looking for an experienced Software Lead Engineer with strong expertise in aerospace safety-critical software development, embedded C/C++ programming, and software verification and validation (V&V). Key Responsibilities • Develop aerospace safety-critical software with DAL A certification • Write High-Level Requirements (HLRs) and Low-Level Requirements (LLRs) • Perform software verification and validation (V&V) • Debug and resolve complex software bugs and defects Requirements • Hands-on experience in DAL A software development and V&V • Strong proficiency in C and C++ embedded software development • Strong working knowledge and experience with DO-178B/C standards • Experience with requirements and configuration management tools (DOORS, JAMA, Polarion, SVN, or Synergy CM) • Proven ability to debug and resolve complex software bugs and defects
