About the Role We are looking for an experienced Software QA Tester to support enterprise application testing for a government DMV application. Key Responsibilities • Perform manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing • Utilize automation tools such as Selenium or ACCELQ • Conduct REST API testing and version control • Manage test case creation, test execution, and defect management • Support requirements analysis and database validation Requirements • 16+ years of experience in software QA and application testing • 6+ years of experience with Micro Focus ALM / HP ALM • 6+ years of experience with Jira for test management and defect tracking • 10+ years of SQL skills for report testing, database validation, and data verification • Strong understanding of SDLC and the full software development lifecycle • Experience with ERP management processes including Knowledge Management, Supply Chain Management, Material Management, Logistics, and Procurement • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Must be able to work onsite in Washington, DC • Must be available for an in-person interview • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
