About the Role Fusion Group Holding is seeking a Senior Software Quality Engineer for a 3-month contract with potential for permanent hire. The role involves leading test planning and execution across various testing types to improve release quality. Key Responsibilities • Lead test planning and execution across functional, integration, API, and performance testing • Build and maintain automated test suites • Manage defects and work with development teams to improve release quality Requirements • 8+ years of software QA experience, including manual and automated testing • Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools, plus JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar • API testing experience using Postman, SoapUI, REST Assured, or similar • A relevant bachelor’s degree and a software testing certification • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
