About the Role The State of Michigan is seeking an experienced Software Test Analyst to support public-facing applications for its Quality of Life agencies. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing • Document, track, and manage defects through resolution • Collaborate with Agile teams on user stories and acceptance criteria • Communicate testing risks, quality metrics, and recommendations to senior stakeholders • Support accessibility, security, and compliance testing Requirements • 5+ years of comprehensive software testing experience • 5+ years of Agile testing, test case management, and acceptance criteria validation • 2+ years of collaboration with senior management on testing strategy and risk assessment • 2+ years of testing public-facing IT applications • Bachelor’s degree
