About the Role We are looking for an experienced Software Test Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Clarify CRM and Telecom BSS/OSS systems. This is a 6-month contract position in Atlanta, GA with a hybrid schedule. Key Responsibilities • Design and execute test plans, test strategies, and test cases for BSS/OSS applications • Validate end-to-end order journeys and workflows in Clarify CRM • Perform functional, integration, regression, interface, and API testing • Use SQL queries for test data validation and troubleshooting • Conduct root cause analysis and log analysis • Track and manage defects using Jira, HP QC, or similar tools • Prepare test execution reports and quality metrics • Apply AI-powered testing tools to improve QA efficiency Requirements • 7+ years of software testing experience • Mandatory: Hands-on Clarify CRM experience • Strong knowledge of Telecom BSS/OSS architecture and business processes • Proficiency in SQL and database validation • Experience in API, interface, integration, and regression testing • Experience creating test plans and test strategy documents • Practical experience using AI tools in software testing • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
