About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Software Testing Intern to join our product and engineering team at Hessity, an EdTech SaaS platform. This hands-on opportunity allows you to work on a real SaaS product, test live features and workflows, and build strong practical experience in software quality assurance. Key Responsibilities • Execute manual, functional, regression, and exploratory testing across web and mobile. • Design, write, and maintain clear test cases and scenarios. • Identify, document, and report bugs clearly; validate fixes before releases. • Help improve testing documentation and release confidence. Requirements • Must be fully available for the internship. • Strong knowledge of software testing fundamentals, methodologies, and the software testing lifecycle. • Good understanding of test cases, test scenarios, bug life cycle, regression testing, and defect reporting. • ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification is required. • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and maintain discipline in a remote environment. • Willingness to learn quickly, take ownership, and work on a continuously evolving product. • Knowledge or practical experience with test automation is a nice-to-have, but not required.
