About the Role We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect – Blue Yonder ESP (Enterprise Supply Planning) with strong consulting expertise and hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting supply chain planning solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design end-to-end solutions using Blue Yonder ESP to optimize supply chain operations. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. • Configure and customize Blue Yonder ESP based on business needs. • Lead integrations with ERP and other enterprise applications. • Collaborate with functional and technical teams on test planning, validation, and implementation. • Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency. • Conduct user training and support change management activities. • Provide consulting support across solution design, implementation, and post-go-live hypercare. • Engage with business stakeholders and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements • 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning and consulting, with strong expertise in Blue Yonder ESP / JDA ESP. • Hands-on experience in solution architecture, configuration, and customization. • Strong understanding of supply chain management processes and industry best practices. • Experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL scripting. • Knowledge of system integrations, infrastructure, and SDLC methodologies. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. • Blue Yonder ESP certification is preferred.
