About the Role We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / DevOps Engineer to join our team supporting Artizent / Fitch Ratings. This role focuses on cloud infrastructure, platform reliability, and AI-enabled operations. Key Responsibilities • Improve service reliability and automate infrastructure and deployments • Strengthen cloud security and troubleshoot production issues • Help engineering teams adopt modern DevOps and AI-assisted operational practices Requirements • Strong hands-on experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering • Experience with AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure • Docker and Kubernetes in production environments • GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, including quality gates and deployment strategies • Linux and Windows administration • IIS/.NET applications and Java Spring Boot services • Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting • Datadog monitoring, observability, alerting, and incident management • Cloud security, IAM, secrets management, security scanning, and infrastructure fundamentals
