About the Role We are looking for a hands-on SRE Engineer with extensive GCP experience to enhance the reliability and observability of cloud-native e-commerce services. Key Responsibilities • Improve reliability, observability, and deployment safety of cloud-native services • Implement SRE principles including SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets • Develop observability tools and instrumentation • Lead incident response and Root Cause Analysis Requirements • 13+ years of overall IT experience with strong SRE expertise • Mandatory hands-on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) production experience • Deep knowledge of SRE principles: SLIs, SLOs, Error Budgets, and reliability engineering • Experience with observability, instrumentation, metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting • Production troubleshooting, incident response, and MTTR reduction • Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation • Python, Bash, or other scripting languages • Preferred experience with Kubernetes / GKE, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and GitHub Actions Priority: Candidates with strong production GCP experience and proven hands-on SRE ownership.
