About the Role We are seeking an experienced SRE Engineer with Java expertise to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role focuses on ensuring system reliability and performance through engineering practices. Key Responsibilities • Implement and maintain Site Reliability Engineering practices • Provide production support and reliability engineering solutions • Develop and maintain monitoring, observability, and incident management systems • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and automation • Manage cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP • Work with Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux environments • Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting Requirements • 10+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering • Strong Java development background • Experience with production support and reliability engineering • Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and incident management • Proficiency in CI/CD and automation • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux • Skills in performance tuning and troubleshooting
