About the Role We are looking for an experienced Strategic Project Lead to manage large-scale software engineering programs, technical operations, and distributed engineering teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end program delivery, including scope, timelines, quality, productivity, and cost • Manage large distributed teams of software engineers and technical contributors • Design workflows for coding datasets, AI agent trajectories, benchmarks, and technical evaluations • Monitor performance metrics, quality standards, and delivery KPIs • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of contributors • Manage client communication, expectations, project risks, and delivery updates • Use Python, SQL, or similar tools for reporting, automation, and quality analysis Requirements • Strong experience in Strategic Program Management or Technical Project Management • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder software engineering programs • Experience leading distributed teams or large-scale technical operations • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to read and review code and understand test suites • Hands-on knowledge of Python, TypeScript, Java, or Go • Experience with quality management, performance metrics, and process optimization • Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience • LinkedIn profile is mandatory • Must be available for at least 40 hours per week • Minimum 4 hours of overlap with PST working hours
