About the Role We are seeking a Strategic Project Lead to oversee software engineering data and AI model evaluation programs. This role involves managing complex initiatives and coordinating distributed teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end software engineering data and AI model evaluation programs • Manage coding data, RLHF/preference data, SWE benchmarks, code generation, and code repair initiatives • Oversee contributor sourcing, onboarding, calibration, reviewer capacity, and performance • Monitor productivity, quality, defects, rework, costs, and delivery timelines • Review code, test cases, and technical deliverables for accuracy and quality • Identify operational issues and implement recovery plans to meet project goals • Coordinate distributed engineering teams, reviewers, and stakeholders • Use Python, SQL, or similar tools for quality analysis and reporting Requirements • 8–10 years of experience managing software engineering data programs for AI models • Strong software engineering knowledge and ability to review code and tests • Experience with AI training data, coding evaluations, benchmarks, or agentic coding • Proven project delivery, quality management, and team coordination skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities • Valid US driver's license required
