About the Role We are looking for an experienced StrongDM Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity and Access Management (IAM), AWS, Kubernetes, and security automation. Key Responsibilities • Implement, administer, and support StrongDM to provide secure, centralized, and auditable access to enterprise infrastructure, databases, cloud environments, and critical resources • Manage AWS Security, IAM Roles, Policies, and Permissions • Handle Kubernetes Cluster Access, Namespaces, and RBAC • Integrate IAM, SSO, Federation, and Identity Provider Requirements • 12+ years of overall IT experience • Strong hands-on StrongDM experience in an enterprise environment • Excellent troubleshooting, automation, and security engineering skills • Experience supporting production environments • Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting • Knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Understanding of Linux, Networking, DNS, TLS/SSL, and TCP/IP • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Security Monitoring, and Audit Logging • Experience with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea is a plus
