About the Role We are seeking a System Analyst to join the State of Michigan team. This role involves analyzing business requirements and supporting system development and maintenance. Key Responsibilities • Analyze business requirements, systems, and processes • Identify solutions and evaluate cost-benefit alternatives • Prepare technical specifications, reports, documentation, and process flowcharts • Support system development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting • Collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical support Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree • 12+ years of experience in IT • 5+ years of proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO)
