About the Role We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst 3 / Full Stack Developer with strong enterprise portal development experience. This role requires expertise in both frontend and backend technologies to build secure, scalable systems. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript • Develop backend services with Python and FastAPI • Build secure enterprise web portals and REST APIs • Implement cloud solutions using AWS services and Terraform • Ensure HIPAA compliance for healthcare applications • Manage cloud data platforms including Snowflake and AWS HealthLake Requirements • 8+ years of full-stack application development experience • Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript • Backend development using Python and FastAPI • Experience building secure enterprise web portals and REST APIs • AWS cloud services and Terraform • OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and role-based access control (RBAC) • Healthcare applications and HIPAA compliance • Cloud data platforms, Snowflake, and AWS HealthLake • Event-driven architecture and enterprise integrations • GitHub, CI/CD, DevSecOps, Docker, and Kubernetes • Experience with healthcare, public health, and disease surveillance applications • Handling sensitive healthcare information and regulated data • Cloud-native application development and deployment
