About the Role We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join our team, focusing on Microsoft 365 and Copilot technologies. Key Responsibilities • Administer Microsoft 365 systems • Configure and manage Copilot Studio and AI Agents • Develop solutions using Microsoft Graph API • Maintain SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Entra ID • Implement Power Platform solutions including Power Automate • Provide Level 3 support and incident management Requirements • 8+ years of Microsoft 365 Administration experience • 2+ years of Microsoft Copilot Studio / AI Agent experience • 2+ years of Microsoft Graph API experience • Strong experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Entra ID • Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, and Copilot • Experience with ITIL, incident management, and Level 3 support • Must currently reside in the Austin, TX area • Must be authorized to work in the USA • Microsoft certifications preferred
