About the Role We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst with a strong background in healthcare interoperability, FHIR development, and HL7 integration. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement healthcare interoperability solutions • Develop FHIR APIs and integrate HL7 standards • Map, transform, and validate healthcare data • Implement US Core profiles and HL7 Implementation Guides • Work with eICR and public health reporting systems • Utilize SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10, CVX, and RxNorm terminologies • Integrate with AWS HealthLake, Snowflake, and cloud-based data platforms • Develop using TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, React, and FastAPI • Implement Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and production support Requirements • Hands-on experience with HL7 v2 and FHIR standards • Strong knowledge of FHIR APIs, REST APIs, JSON, and XML • Experience with healthcare data mapping, transformation, and validation • Knowledge of US Core profiles and HL7 Implementation Guides • Experience with eICR and public health reporting • Familiarity with SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10, CVX, and RxNorm • Experience with AWS HealthLake, Snowflake, and cloud-based data integration • Knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, React, and FastAPI • Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and production support
