About the Role Our financial services client is seeking a hands-on Systems Analyst who operates just below the Software Engineer level. This role focuses on analyzing systems, identifying dependencies, investigating production issues, and providing technical guidance to development teams. Key Responsibilities • Analyze API integrations and data flows • Investigate production issues and perform root cause analysis • Review application logs and diagnose system failures • Understand system dependencies and architectural impacts • Collaborate with developers and technical stakeholders • Independently troubleshoot and recommend solutions • Support application stability and performance Requirements • API Integration & Troubleshooting • REST Services / Microservices Understanding • Log Analysis (Splunk, ELK, Kibana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc.) • System Architecture Knowledge • Dependency & Impact Analysis • Production Support Experience • Strong Technical Problem-Solving Skills
