About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Technical Systems Analyst to support the Client’s Digital Platforms Technology team. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to independently analyze system architecture and integrations. Key Responsibilities • Analyze API flows, system dependencies, and technical designs • Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis • Support development teams with technical guidance Requirements • Strong understanding of application architecture, APIs, microservices, and system integrations • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and SQL • Ability to read application code, analyze logs, and troubleshoot issues • Working knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, .NET, Python, or similar technologies • Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP, Splunk, Dynatrace, CI/CD, and Git Important: This is a technical, hands-on Systems Analyst role — not a QA or traditional Business Analyst position. The ideal candidate should be one step below a Software Engineer, capable of independently understanding application architecture, integrations, dependencies, and advising development teams.
