About the Role Join an AI training project built on complex, real-world engineering workflows. You will design realistic engineering projects, define system architectures and set the technical criteria that help AI systems reason better about architecture and engineering trade-offs. Key Responsibilities • Design system architectures with clear boundaries, interfaces and constraints • Break complex problems into structured tasks with deliverables and dependencies • Conduct technical trade studies and architecture reviews • Coordinate inputs from domain experts across disciplines • Define technical objectives and evaluation criteria Requirements • 10+ years as a Systems Architect / Chief Systems Architect or similar leadership role • Proven ownership of complex engineering system architectures • Technical trade studies, interface management and design reviews • Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams • English communication – B2 or above Benefits • Contract work for an AI training project • Opportunity to work on complex engineering systems
