About the Role We are looking for a Systems Engineer to join our team in a remote MSP environment. This senior technical role is responsible for advanced server and systems implementation, troubleshooting, and escalation support across a diverse client base. Key Responsibilities • Handle complex infrastructure incidents escalated from Tier 1 • Drive proactive improvements in systems and infrastructure • Serve as a subject matter expert for Windows and Linux server administration • Manage virtualization, identity, storage, backup, and cloud platforms • Work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality managed services • Utilize AI tools to enhance work efficiency and quality Requirements • Experience with MSP environments and T3 support • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration • Proficiency in VMware and virtualization technologies • Skills in scripting and automation tools • Familiarity with AI tools for technical tasks • Ability to work on a permanent nightshift schedule supporting US time zones
