About the Role We are looking for an experienced Tableau BI Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on driving enterprise-level reporting solutions with strong dashboard architecture and advanced analytics expertise. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement enterprise-level reporting solutions • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations • Ensure data quality, validation, and reconciliation • Implement KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and scorecards • Manage row-level security and governed access controls Requirements • Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop, Server & Cloud • Proficiency in Tableau Prep, LOD Expressions, Parameters & Sets • Advanced SQL and Snowflake experience • Knowledge of dashboard performance tuning and embedded analytics • Understanding of dimensional modeling and data warehousing • Familiarity with Medallion Architecture and Gold-Layer Datasets • Experience with data quality, validation, and reconciliation processes • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills
