About the Role We are looking for a Technical Analyst & Developer to join our team. This role requires extensive experience with C#, .NET, SQL, and Cognizant Facets. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement solutions using C#, .NET, and SQL • Work with the Facets Data Model and customization • Develop integrations and batch processes • Apply healthcare payer domain knowledge • Utilize Git, Unit Testing, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD Requirements • 10+ years of experience in C#, .NET, and SQL • 10+ years of hands-on Cognizant Facets experience • Strong knowledge of Facets Data Model • Experience with Facets customization, extensions, integrations, and batch processes • Strong database and functional design experience • Healthcare Payer domain knowledge (Claims, Membership, Eligibility, Provider, Benefits, Billing) • Experience with Git, Unit Testing, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD • Experience with AI-assisted development tools – GitHub Copilot or Claude • Strong communication and analytical skills
