About the Role We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support application and data migration projects. This role requires extensive experience in legacy application migration and modernization. Key Responsibilities • Analyze legacy applications, business functionality, workflows, business rules, and system behavior • Write SQL queries for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and data tracing • Gather and translate business and technical requirements into user stories and functional documentation • Support end-to-end application and data migration, including discovery, development, testing, validation, and implementation • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, DBAs, migration teams, and business stakeholders Requirements • 10+ years of experience in Technical Business Analysis, preferably in legacy application migration or modernization projects • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Databases and SQL • Experience analyzing legacy applications, business functionality, workflows, business rules, and system behavior • Strong understanding of Oracle database structures, relational data models, and application data relationships • Experience with Jira, Agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint activities Good to Have • Experience with legacy COBOL and PowerBuilder applications • Experience with CMS application migration or modernization projects • Exposure to court systems, judicial applications, or government technology projects
