About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our Information Technology team in Manhattan, NY. This role requires strong expertise in Agile development, business requirements gathering, SQL, data analysis, Azure DevOps, and reporting tools. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions • Manage project backlogs and deliver high-quality system enhancements • Develop test plans, test cases, facilitate UAT, and coordinate defect resolution • Manage multiple projects, prioritize competing requirements, and work independently in a dynamic environment Requirements • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Senior Technical Business Analyst role • Strong hands-on experience working in Agile development environments and managing Agile project deliverables • Experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management, Epics, Features, User Stories, and project documentation • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, validation, and troubleshooting • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization or analytical tools • Strong knowledge of business process mapping, requirements documentation, functional specifications, and fit-gap analysis • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, a technical discipline, or equivalent experience • Ability to work onsite in Manhattan, NY, three days per week • Agile Certification required at minimum
