About the Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong Workday Financials expertise to bridge Finance, Accounting, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience translating financial business requirements into functional specifications, integration requirements, data mappings, and reporting solutions. Key Responsibilities • Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements for Workday Financials • Define integration specifications and source-to-target mappings • Support chart of accounts, ledger, worktag, and accounting-rule mapping • Define Workday reporting and RaaS requirements • Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT, and integration teams • Maintain user stories, data dictionaries, traceability matrices, and delivery documentation Requirements • 6+ years of Business Analysis experience • 3+ years of Workday Financials implementation or enhancement experience • Strong understanding of Workday Financials, accounting structures, and finance processes • Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Web Services, or RaaS • Knowledge of SQL, Excel, Agile, and Jira/Azure DevOps • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred • Workday Financials certification • Accounting background (CPA/CMA) • Boomi or other iPaaS experience • REST APIs, JSON, and XML • Banking, Tax, Billing, or Procurement integrations
