About the Role We are seeking a Technical Lead for Marketing Data & Architecture to join our team. This role requires strong experience in Azure, Data Engineering, and Architecture, with a focus on Marketing Data Platforms and Customer 360. Key Responsibilities • Lead teams of 5–8+ engineers and architects • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations • Develop and implement Marketing Data Platforms and Customer 360 solutions • Ensure system integration and data modeling best practices Requirements • 12-15 years of experience in Azure, Databricks, Data Engineering & Architecture • Strong understanding of Account, Customer, Prospect, Lead, Opportunity & Consent • Experience with Marketing Data Platforms and Customer 360 / MDM • System Integration and Data Modeling expertise • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
