About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead for Risk Engineering Platforms with strong experience in production support, data engineering, and enterprise application delivery. Key Responsibilities • Lead L2/L3 production support, incident triage, RCA, and resolution • Own incident bridges, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer • Independently troubleshoot production and data-related issues • Enhance, optimize, and modernize Risk Engineering platforms • Coordinate development, testing, deployment, and production support across global teams • Ensure application stability and operational excellence in a regulated environment Requirements • 10+ years of experience in application development, production support, data engineering, or enterprise platform delivery • Technical leadership experience on large-scale data or risk platforms • Strong production support leadership, incident management, RCA, and debugging • Snowflake & Advanced SQL – Performance tuning, data modeling, and query optimization • ETL / Data Pipelines – IBM DataStage strongly preferred • Python for ETL development and automation • Java / Spring Boot for code debugging and patching OR a strong system administration background
