About the Role We are looking for a Technical Lead / Lead Solutions & Automation Architect to join our team. This role involves leading the architecture, design, development, and integration of enterprise applications, automation platforms, and AI-enabled solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead architecture, design, development, and support of enterprise applications • Design scalable full-stack applications and automation solutions • Establish reusable architecture patterns and development standards • Develop and support custom applications, portals, dashboards, and workflow automations • Collaborate with business leaders, developers, and technical stakeholders • Ensure enterprise governance, security, and compliance standards • Lead initiatives to modernize and migrate away from Power Platform Requirements • 1+ year of experience working as an Architect or Technical Lead • Experience gathering technical requirements and designing/architecting solutions • Strong Microsoft Power Platform experience • Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and practices • Senior-level software development experience • Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and JavaScript • Experience building and designing enterprise applications • Strong solution architecture and application design knowledge • AWS experience with ECS, S3, and AWS Lambda • Strong communication and leadership skills • Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders • Hands-on technical leadership experience
