About the Role We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our team in Torrance, CA. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position responsible for managing the delivery of technical assets and leading multiple concurrent projects. Key Responsibilities • Own a portfolio and manage the delivery of technical assets • Manage conflicting priorities and multiple concurrent projects • Communicate effectively with leadership and senior stakeholders • Influence decision-making using data and analytics • Track, report, and maintain program governance • Specialize in at least one technology practice • Manage benefits, project planning, pursuit/proposal management, risk/crisis management, and stakeholder management Requirements • 12–15+ years of technology delivery, project management, or technical program management experience • 5+ years leading enterprise application development and cloud transformation initiatives • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies • AWS experience, including EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, and API integrations • Knowledge of Microsoft .NET/.NET Core, APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration • Understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, analytics, and data governance • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
