About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs for global clients, owning scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk across engineering, data, AI/automation, QA and DevOps teams. Key Responsibilities • Define project scope, timelines, budgets and success criteria aligned to client SOW/MSA • Own end-to-end delivery using Agile, Scrum, SAFe or hybrid models • Work with architects and engineering leads on scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions • Oversee CI/CD, release management and technical debt • Manage risks, issues, change requests and escalations (RAID) • Serve as the primary contact for clients and senior leadership, with regular status reporting • Lead and mentor cross-functional onshore/offshore teams • Own project financials: budgeting, forecasting and margin management • Drive quality, governance, compliance and UAT/test strategy • Support delivery of AI/ML, GenAI, analytics and RPA projects Requirements • 12-15 yrs total IT experience, with 6-8+ yrs in project/program management • Proven delivery of large, complex, multi-vendor, multi-geography programs • Full stack delivery experience: .Net + Angular/Python • Cloud knowledge: AWS, Azure or GCP • Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project; Power BI or Tableau for reporting • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication • B.E./B.Tech in Engineering or Computer Science, or MCA
