About the Role We are seeking experienced Technical Project Managers (TPM) to lead complex Data, Cloud, and AI initiatives. You will work closely with engineering, business, and customer teams to drive technical programs from planning to delivery. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects across distributed engineering teams • Manage technical requirements, dependencies, timelines & deliverables • Identify project risks, technical blockers & drive them to resolution • Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Business & Customer stakeholders • Manage Agile/Kanban processes and improve delivery efficiency • Track project health, milestones, risks & metrics using Jira & Confluence • Support projects involving Cloud, Big Data, Data Engineering & AI/ML Requirements • 12+ Years of Technical Project/Program Management experience • Strong technical background - ability to work directly with Senior Engineers & Architects • Hands-on experience with Big Data / Data Engineering - Databricks, Spark, SQL • Good understanding of AWS / Azure / GCP • Exposure to AI/ML & Modern Data Platforms • Strong experience with Agile/Kanban, Jira, Confluence • Excellent stakeholder management, communication & problem-solving • Financial Services experience - Preferred • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
