About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead / Full Stack AI Developer for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity at Palni Inc. This role focuses on designing and developing enterprise-grade Generative AI and LLM-powered applications. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop enterprise-grade Generative AI and LLM-powered applications • Build scalable Python backend services and responsive frontend applications • Implement RAG architectures, AI agents and intelligent conversational systems Requirements • 8–10 years of experience • Bachelor's or Master's degree • Strong hands-on experience in GenAI, Python, LLMs and React/Angular • Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, Llama, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, Vector Databases, AI Agents and Agentic Workflows • Experience with AI Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel • Backend Development: Strong Python programming, FastAPI, Flask, Django, REST APIs, Microservices and Asynchronous Programming • Frontend Development: React.js or Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and Redux • Database Technologies: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS and Azure AI Search • Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps and CI/CD Pipelines Preferred Experience • Airline domain experience • Finance domain experience • Enterprise GenAI application development • Conversational AI, Copilots, Chatbots and AI Assistants • Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration
