About the Role We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Architect / Lead / Specialist to join a long-term opportunity with a leading client in Philadelphia, PA. This role requires a change agent who can architect and implement enterprise-scale automation solutions. Key Responsibilities • Define and architect enterprise-scale automation solutions • Build scalable and reusable Java/Python/Playwright frameworks • Automate modern React JS applications • Enable parallel and distributed test execution • Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines • Establish automation standards, governance, and best practices • Mentor automation engineers and conduct code reviews • Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and Business teams • Present automation strategy, progress, risks, and value to leadership Requirements • 12+ years of experience in test automation • Strong hands-on experience with Java (Core & Advanced) and framework design • Python development and automation framework experience • Mandatory experience with Playwright for framework development • Prompt Engineering for AI-driven testing and automation • Test Automation Framework Design – Custom / Hybrid frameworks • React JS automation experience • Helenium • CI/CD experience with Jenkins / Azure DevOps or equivalent • Enterprise-scale automation architecture and strategy • Test planning, estimation, governance, and automation ROI • Strong stakeholder communication & presentation skills Benefits • Opportunity to work with a leading client on a long-term basis • Hybrid work model with 3 days/week onsite • Work with cutting-edge technologies and AI-driven testing
