About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior SDET / .NET Test Automation Engineer Developer with strong hands-on expertise in .NET application development, SQL Server, and enterprise-level test automation. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and XML • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, joins, and database operations • Build reusable automated testing libraries, scripts, and regression testing frameworks • Perform functional, integration, system, regression, performance, and load testing • Configure and maintain test environments, test harnesses, test data, and test cases • Analyze test results, troubleshoot application issues, and perform root-cause analysis • Prepare test plans, test strategies, technical documentation, and test specifications • Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams throughout the SDLC Requirements • 8+ years of enterprise application development using .NET, ASP.NET MVC, C#, OOP, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and XML within the last 10 years • 8+ years of Microsoft SQL Server development, including complex queries, stored procedures, joins, and database models within the last 10 years • 5+ years of enterprise test automation, reusable test libraries, automated regression testing, and scripting using Java, Python, Shell, or similar languages • 5+ years of test environment configuration, test harnesses, test data, test cases, and testing documentation • 5+ years of defect tracking using JIRA, Bugzilla, HP ALM, or JAMA • 5+ years translating business and technical requirements into test requirements and test cases • 5+ years analyzing test results, developing test scripts, identifying defects, and improving test coverage • 3+ years of SQL-based data manipulation, reporting, and validation • 3+ years documenting business requirements, use cases, business rules, and functional/nonfunctional requirements Preferred Qualifications • Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field • Strong T-SQL expertise, including stored procedures, triggers, functions, and views • Experience with parallel testing and multi-tier application deployments • Background supporting large-scale financial, pension, or complex enterprise systems • Excellent communication, analytical, and technical documentation skills
