About the Role We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer to join our team for a long-term contract opportunity. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and/or Cypress • Perform REST and SOAP API testing using Postman and/or SoapUI • Execute performance testing using JMeter and analyze results to identify bottlenecks • Write SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and reconciliation • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and regression test suites • Track, report, and retest defects using JIRA • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to ensure reliable releases • Validate AI/ML model outputs, including OCR/ICR extraction accuracy and confidence-score thresholds Requirements • Hands-on experience with Selenium and/or Cypress • API testing using Postman and/or SoapUI • Performance testing with JMeter • SQL queries and database validation • JIRA for defect tracking and test coordination • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple testing priorities and work collaboratively Nice to Have • Experience testing AI/ML model outputs • Knowledge of OCR/ICR extraction workflows and accuracy metrics • Experience validating confidence scores and threshold-based outcomes
