About the Role We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Lead to drive automation strategy, lead QA teams, and enhance testing efficiency using GenAI. Key Responsibilities • Drive automation strategy for testing processes • Lead QA teams and enhance testing efficiency • Utilize GenAI technologies to improve testing outcomes Requirements • 12–15 years of experience in test automation • Proficiency in Selenium and Playwright • Experience with API and Mobile Testing • Knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering • Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and Claude • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Quality Gates • Strong Team Management and Stakeholder Leadership skills • Nice to have: AWS Bedrock, Quality Analytics, and Insurance Domain experience
