About the Role We are looking for a Test Coordinator to join our team in New Orleans, LA or Jackson, MS. This role involves coordinating various testing activities and managing test plans. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate SIT, UAT, Regression Testing & Production Validation • Manage test plans, schedules, execution, and defect tracking • Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, developers, and project teams • Monitor testing progress, risks, defects, and release readiness • Prepare testing status reports and maintain QA documentation Requirements • Strong knowledge of SDLC, QA processes, and defect management • Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or HP ALM • Excellent communication and coordination skills • Knowledge of test automation and performance testing • ServiceNow Test Management experience is a plus
