About the Role We are looking for a Test Data Management Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on managing and engineering test data for various testing phases. Key Responsibilities • Implement and maintain Test Data Management (TDM) solutions • Develop and execute data masking and synthetic data generation strategies • Ensure data quality and security across testing environments • Collaborate with QA teams for SIT, UAT, and performance testing Requirements • Strong experience with Test Data Management (TDM) • Expertise in SQL and database management • Knowledge of Delphix, Informatica TDM, and IBM Optim • Experience with data masking and synthetic data generation • Proficiency in Python, Java, and Shell Scripting • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Azure DevOps • Understanding of QA, SIT, UAT, and performance testing processes
