About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Test Engineer with hands-on experience in software testing and test automation. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to ensure software quality through effective testing strategies, automation, and defect management. Key Responsibilities • Analyze requirements and prepare test plans, test cases, and test scenarios • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing • Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts • Identify, document, track, and resolve defects using tools such as JIRA • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines • Collaborate with developers and product teams to perform root cause analysis and ensure quality releases Requirements • 2 years of experience in Software Testing / QA / Test Automation • Proficiency in Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript • Experience with Selenium, Appium, PyTest, or Squish • Knowledge of Git / SVN and Jenkins • Understanding of functional, regression, integration, and automation testing • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
