About the Role System One is seeking an experienced Test Integration Engineer to provide technical leadership for complex engineering test programs. This fully remote role involves planning, design, integration, commissioning, and execution of test programs in highly technical environments. Key Responsibilities • Lead test system architecture and integration strategy across multiple test campaigns • Translate test objectives into technical requirements, interfaces, and executable test plans • Support system integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and readiness reviews • Coordinate mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & controls, and data acquisition system (DAS) interfaces • Drive technical issue resolution, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration Requirements • Bachelors degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience) plus 5+ years of relevant experience • Experience with complex engineering tests, integrated test systems, or system-level integration activities • Strong technical leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities • Experience in nuclear, aerospace, industrial, or other highly regulated environments is a plus
