About the Role We are looking for a Test Lead Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on leading testing efforts with expertise in Kubernetes, Go, and Python. Key Responsibilities • Lead testing initiatives for Kubernetes environments • Develop automation and operators using Go or Python • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions • Manage GitOps workflows • Ensure observability through monitoring tools Requirements • Deep Kubernetes internals knowledge (Cluster architecture, etcd, CNI, CSI) • Experience with automation and operator development • Proficiency in IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible • Familiarity with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux, GitHub Actions) • Strong understanding of observability stack • Solid Linux OS and networking fundamentals • Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Ali
