About the Role We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to lead end-to-end quality assurance and testing for complex digital and enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities • End-to-end test leadership for large, complex digital or enterprise solutions • Develop test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, scripts, schedules, and completion reports • Conduct functional, integration, system, regression, accessibility, performance, security, and UAT testing • Perform both manual testing and test automation • Implement UI, API, and database testing approaches • Manage test environments, test data, entry/exit criteria, and requirements traceability • Handle defect triage, prioritization, resolution, retesting, and closure • Create test metrics, dashboards, coverage reports, and quality assessments • Conduct release-readiness assessments and provide production-quality recommendations • Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Requirements • Demonstrable experience leading testing teams • Ability to coordinate business and technical stakeholders • Experience managing testing risks • Commitment to ensuring high-quality releases IMPORTANT NOTE: This opportunity is open to candidates currently based in Canada, preferably in Toronto or the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), who can work onsite in downtown Toronto. Candidates must be available for the onsite engagement.
