About the Role We are seeking a Test Manager to lead end-to-end Quality Engineering and testing delivery for a 6+ month contract role. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end Quality Engineering and testing delivery • Define test strategies, automation frameworks and quality standards • Manage onsite/offshore testing teams • Drive ETL, Big Data, Data Warehouse and cloud data testing • Oversee defect management, risk assessment and release readiness • Manage stakeholder communication, test metrics and delivery governance Requirements • 12+ years of experience with 5+ years in Test Manager / Test Lead roles • Strong experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, PySpark, Python • Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Hadoop, HDFS, Hive • Advanced SQL and ETL/ELT Testing skills • Experience with Data Warehouse, Data Lake & Lakehouse Testing • Knowledge of Data Validation, Source-to-Target Reconciliation • Test Automation using Python, PySpark, SQL, PyTest • Familiarity with Selenium, Cucumber, BDD/TDD • Experience with Delta Lake, Databricks Workflows • Proficiency with Control-M, Unix/Linux • Understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe & CI/CD methodologies
