About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior UKG Solution Architect / Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management, WIM, Dell Boomi, and SAP integrations. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain UKG WIM and Dell Boomi integrations. • Support end-to-end data flows from time capture through payroll and financial posting. • Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root-cause analysis. • Support SAP testing cycles, production cutover, and post-go-live stabilization. • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and SAP teams Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG ProWFM / Workforce Central • 5+ years of experience with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) • 5+ years of experience with Dell Boomi (AtomSphere) • Strong integration experience with SAP HR, SAP Payroll, and SAP Finance • Expertise in Time & Attendance, Pay Rules, Work Rules, Accruals, and Absence Management • Strong SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation • Experience with CSV, XML, SFTP, REST APIs, and file-based integrations • End-to-end testing, SAP regression testing, and payroll-to-finance posting • Working knowledge of JIRA and Microsoft Office tools
