Key Responsibilities • Source candidates using job portals like Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Monster • Understand US IT technologies, job requirements, and market trends • Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements • Screen candidates and manage communication, negotiation, and follow-up • Handle multiple requirements and work independently in a fast-paced environment Requirements • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment • Strong sourcing experience using job portals • Good understanding of US IT technologies and market trends • Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements • Excellent candidate screening, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
