About the Role We are looking for an experienced VAVE Engineer with strong expertise in electro-mechanical engineering, value engineering, and medical device development. Key Responsibilities • Execute VAVE (Value Analysis & Value Engineering) methodologies and projects • Design electro-mechanical products with EMC and safety requirements • Prepare design verification and test protocols • Manage engineering change processes (ECO, ECN, ECR) • Plan and execute multiple projects • Coordinate with suppliers and manage team collaboration Requirements • 8–10 years of experience in VAVE methodologies and project execution • Hands-on experience with SolidWorks (3D modeling & 2D drawings) • Knowledge of medical device development lifecycle and industry standards • Experience with electro-mechanical product design • Understanding of EMC and safety requirements • Skills in engineering change management • Ability to prepare design verification and test protocols • Project planning and execution capabilities • Supplier coordination and team collaboration experience
