About the Role We are looking for an experienced VMware Systems Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in enterprise VMware environments and banking infrastructure. Key Responsibilities • Manage and optimize VMware vSphere and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF 9) environments • Perform real-time capacity monitoring, capacity planning, and RITM validation • Lead hardware refresh initiatives and end-of-life server replacements • Support VMware NSX-T, vSAN, Aria Operations, VRLI, and VRNI • Drive automation using PowerCLI, PowerShell, Python, Ansible, and Terraform • Implement AI-driven monitoring, predictive analytics, and automated remediation • Support production incidents, performance tuning, patching, and lifecycle management • Participate in disaster recovery, business continuity, and 24×7 on-call support • Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and ITIL processes Requirements • 5–7 years of experience with VMware vSphere 8+ and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF 9) • Experience with VMware NSX-T and vSAN • Knowledge of Aria Operations, vRealize Log Insight (VRLI), and vRealize Network Insight (VRNI) • Proficiency in PowerCLI, PowerShell/Python, Ansible, and Terraform • Enterprise storage, SAN, iSCSI, networking, and capacity management experience • Banking / Financial Services domain experience • Strong production support and infrastructure troubleshooting skills • Preferred Certifications: VCP-CMA, VCAP-CF, and ITIL
