About the Role We are looking for a Voice AI Agent Engineer with AWS expertise to join our team. This role focuses on building and deploying production-grade AI agents. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement Voice AI applications using AWS services • Develop and optimize LLM applications with prompt engineering • Implement RAG, tool calling, and agentic AI solutions • Create evaluation frameworks and optimize for latency • Handle sensitive data in regulated environments Requirements • 4+ years of hands-on experience with production Voice AI and LLM applications • Strong skills in Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex V2, and Amazon Bedrock • Proficiency in Python, AWS Lambda, IAM, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch • Experience with production Voice AI agents, evaluation frameworks, and latency optimization • Must have built and deployed production-grade AI agents, not just POCs or chatbots Benefits • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge Voice AI technologies • Collaborate with a team of experienced engineers • Work in a remote-first environment
